The government has been consistently making efforts to improve our education system and make it more useful for the better employment of our youth. More and better infrastructure is provided to provide the best tools and facilities in our educational system. Endless incentives are provided to promote education for all, including free fees, free books, free dress, free midday meal, and many scholarships. The syllabus is continually upgraded to meet current needs. Still, our system is unable to match the right professionals with the right job, leading to widespread dissatisfaction among youth amid rising unemployment. In fact, we are still unable to develop a proper scientific process for selecting the right career for our aspirants based on their strengths. We generally follow a traditional approach to guide our children in their careers based on our own expectations, without considering the child's strengths. Our honorable Prime Minister has stressed the need to develop a system to assess a child's basic strengths and personality, and to educate, train, and promote him/her accordingly, so that a specific skill can be developed for a specific requirement with specific intelligence. Accordingly, we have found a process through which mentors can identify a child's personality, learning style, and inborn multiple intelligences at an early stage, thereby facilitating the child's early career choice and guiding them in the right direction. The process can reduce waste of time and money, which causes increasing frustration and depression in our youth. The scheme and the technique adopted are going to be a game-changer in the process of choosing and preparing for the right career. It will reduce the undue burden and time wastage caused by unnecessary study and unidirectional preparations. At times, it will reduce unemployment and delay employment. It will be helpful in preparing the right experts for the right jobs, even in fields such as sports, music, and research.
This proposal is most politically acceptable, socially desirable, financially feasible, technologically possible, globally transparently administrable, judicially applicable, emotionally relatable, and environmentally sustainable scheme, which may prove a revolutionary step if linked to our education and employment policy with some modifications.
ADDRESS TO PARENTS
Dear Parents,
Hello, I have a question today. Does any parent know everything about the qualities of their child's mind? Perhaps none of you can claim this, but if I ask how many people want their children to be successful and high, the answer from all is yes. It is your sense of responsibility towards the future of your children. But despite many efforts, do we understand our children? We do not even know what our child likes or wants to do, so how can we make an accurate assessment of his future? This is why, when we go to school, all the questions start with the teacher. Why is the child weak in English or weak in Mathematics, or why can he not remember? Not only that, even if you go to the doctor, a similar curiosity starts to arise. In fact, we want to fulfil our expectations without knowing the child's qualities. The child may have all the qualities to become a good cricketer, but we want to force him to become an engineer. A child can be a good musician, but we want something else. This is the main reason why children fail even after completing their studies. We wanted him to be a doctor, but he became a mechanic or something else. What would be better if all these problems of yours were solved in a pinch and you could guide your child properly to make his future bright? Yes, friends, today I am going to solve your problem with an easy test. The name of this test is DMIT, whose full name is the Dermatoglyphic Multiple Intelligence Test. Friends, it is a scientific fact that, as the brain is formed in pregnancy, the pattern of lines on the fingers of his/her hands is also formed, reflected in each person's unique way. After research in the modern era, it has become possible to know the different characteristics of the brain by studying these lines. We call this process DMIT. Through this, important information of any person above the age of three years can be obtained, such as:
1 Innate talent.
2 Strengths and Weaknesses.
3 Multiple intelligences.
4 Personality and qualities.
5 Mode of learning and communication. This test is very easy to do and does not cause any pain or discomfort. All the person's finger lines are scanned by a technician, and based on them, an expert report is prepared and given in the form of a Life Manual. In this report, experts’ recommendations are also given along with all the information. Its price ranges from 2500/- to 5100/-. Now you can understand what you should do. The child must be made for what he is capable of; don’t teach what you want, but teach them what they can learn. Teach them in the style they hold. You can be successful by using this knowledge for yourself as well. What you need is to come book a test today and give the right path to success.

6 Market trends can never engage all aspirants at the same time and with equal competence.
7 Because everyone has their own personality, learning style, and inborn strength of intelligence.
Still today, most of you rely on advice given by your parents, teachers, friends and some education consultants. But none of them can claim that his advice is even close to the sure results.
