BUSSINESS OPERATIONS

The business is overall managed by a Trust, with the aim of serving society by providing future citizens with sustainable knowledge and development. It is further operated and managed through its Managing Director and his team of managers. The business, other than the head office, shall be operated through a franchise module in the following structure.


1 Regional Director (BUSINESS PARTNER)

2 District Channel Partner (CHANNEL PARTNER )

3 Master Franchisee (CAREER POINT)

4 DMIT Service Provider Professional (SALES POINT )

Responsibility Level:

A. REGIONAL DIRECTOR:

• Overall supervision of operations in a region.
• Appointment of District Channel Partners.
• Marketing and technical support.
• Workshops and seminars.

B. DISTRICT CHANNEL PARTNER:

1 Will be the sole agency for one or more districts.
2 Will be responsible for all operations, direct or through the franchise network, in his area of jurisdiction.
3 Will appoint the Master franchisee and service providers.
4 Will be responsible for keeping and controlling proper accounts of franchisees and service providers under his control and shall submit data to the Head Office.
5 Will take care of the publicity, seminars, and presentations as per the directives and guidance of the head office team.

C. MASTER FRANCHISEE (CAREER POINT):

1 Will be responsible for all operations, direct or through the SPO network
2 Will appoint DMIT Service Providing Sales Point
3 Will be responsible for keeping and controlling proper accounts of service providing points under his control and shall submit data to the controlling office.
4 Will take care of the publicity, seminars, and presentations as per the directives and guidance of the head office team.

D. SERVICE PROVIDER:

1 Marketing of Product.
2 Scanning of Fingerprints.
3 Collection of product charges.
4 Submission of the fingerprint data file to the controlling office.
5 Crediting the collection to the account of the head office.
6 Delivery of the Life Manual to the customer.

Refer & Earn:

Every registered member will have access to this facility. Every registered member can refer to his friends, relatives, or known persons by quoting his registration number allotted to him by MCDI. If his reference is mature in taking any service from MCDI, the referring member shall be paid a 10% referral fee out of the fees, excluding GST, received from the referred aspirant. This referral fee shall be paid in the following month. In any case, if the referral is made to any branch or franchise and the process is completed there, the referral charges will be shared by MCDI and the branch/franchise. No referral charges will be paid in case any proposal is procured by the sales team or directly by MCDI. Become a Sales Executive:

PAYMENT PROCESS:

· All receipts shall be credited to the Head Office collection account through bank transfer.
· All receipts shall be credited to the Head office collection account through bank transfer.
· Head office after due consideration of GST and Income tax TDS applicable from time to time.

our REFUND POLICY:

We guarantee that our franchise will generate a minimum income equivalent to their investment within 12 months of starting operations after training. In extreme cases, if the franchise fails to achieve this minimum income target, we guarantee to indemnify them by refunding the franchise fee or the shortfall, whichever is less, provided they agree to quit the franchise
